This system is for betting on Red or black only! This is because red and black form the only constant pattern on the roulette wheel. The pattern is only interrupted by the zero and the double zeros.

It is called the ‘circumstance’ system because you need to wait for a certain ‘circumstance’ to occur.

The circumstance we are looking for is a colour (red or black) to hit three times in a row and then change. You then start betting on the colour that hit three times in a row. An example of this circumstance is shown below:

As you can see three reds have hit in a row (12, 32, 7) followed by a black (22). We would now bet Red.

For added safety you can wait for a colour to hit five times and then change.

NEVER change the colour you are betting on once you start.

There are three levels of betting:

Level 1

The first level requires a starting bank of £225.

Buy 5 x £25 chips and 20 x £5 chips.

The target for this session is a profit of around £75.

The first bet is £25 on the selected colour, if this bet wins then the next bet is £20. If you lose then the next bet is £30.

When you win a bet you Reduce your next bet by £5.

When you lose a bet you Increase your next bet by £5.

The idea is that the value of your winning bet will always be more than the value of your losing bet. If you have an equal number of winning and losing bets you will be ahead.

Level 2

The second level requires a starting bank of £450

Buy 10 x £25 chips (5 x £50) and 40 x £5 chips (20 x £10).

The target for this session is a profit of around £150.

The first bet is £50 on the selected colour, if this bet wins then the next bet is £40. If you lose then the next bet is £60.

When you win a bet you Reduce your next bet by £10.

When you lose a bet you Increase your next bet by £10.

Level 3

The third level requires a starting bank of £900

Buy 5 x £100 chips and 40 x £10 chips.

The target for this session is a profit of around £300.

The first bet is £100 on the selected colour, if this bet wins then the next bet is £80. If you lose then the next bet is £120.

When you win a bet you Reduce your next bet by £20.

When you lose a bet you Increase your next bet by £20.

The idea is that you should win 6 out of seven times and if you don’t spend more than the starting bank you will make profit over the seven games equal to the bank you started with.

For example if your betting at level 3 stakes, you win 6 sessions at £300 profit per session for a total of £1800. You lose one session for a loss of £900. Leaving an overall profit of £900, equal to the amount you started with.
